Surely you have seen those famous photographs of the endless lavender fields in full bloom. I'd never had enough time to photograph them, even though for years I'd lived just 30 kilometers from some of these fields. But this year I finally managed to do it. I didn't get the dream photo, the nighttime shot I was looking for with the lavender illuminated by the moon. But I did get some interesting shots.
