The "Muson" hide is located in the village of Milmarcos, right in the heart of the steppe region, within the area known as the Parameras de Molina de Aragón.
From this hide, you’ll be able to photograph a wide variety of songbirds that live in these parameras. Sparrows, linnets, greenfinches and serins, shrikes, buntings, redstarts, wagtails, wheatears, finches, orioles…
Depending on the season you visit the hide, you’ll also see small raptors and migratory birds stopping by to rest and regain energy.
The hide is modest but perfectly adapted and comfortable for one person.
You can bring everything you need. Since these are small birds, long lenses in the 200-500mm range won't hurt. Although the distances to the perches are short, a 70-200mm lens will be too small for you in some situations, though you can also bring one if you want for wider shots.
It is not recommended, although you can bring a small snack to curb your hunger during those few hours.
The hide accommodates one person and has a comfortable chair and a platform for safely storing your gear. Facing north, it's located under a tree, ensuring shade inside the hide and keeping cool during the summer months.
Light clothing in the hottest months and warm clothing in the cooler months.
Of course! Let me know your availability and we'll discuss the different options.
